| Gateway Manpower & Consulting is the leading the way for the foreign pharmacist in the United States. Our plan consists of years of planning and also trade secrets that we cannot reveal online. We know our real clients and also can help those who are truly dedicated pharmacists. Gateway is starting a special program for the foreign pharmacist here in the United States. Gateway is starting in California first, then hopefully, we can move from state to state, since many of the state requirements are very different. Each state (there are 50 states in the Unites States) has different requirements in education, testing and experience.

| Special Program for the Foreign Pharmacist to Work in the US
| GatewayMC in cooperation with the Law Offices of Susana Ragos Chung provides you with all the immigration assistance you will need to process the foreign pharmacist application for immigrant visa. Once the selection process of the facility is finished, GatewayMC will coordinate with the Law Offices of Susana Ragos Chung on the documentation process of your application. It is important to note however, that to be qualified to work as a pharmacist in a hospital in the US, the foreign pharmacist applicant must have:

| 2. Passed the Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination (FPGEE). This exam can only be taken in the USA. Candidates can take the exams for an unlimited time. FPGEE is offered twice (2x) a year (June/December). Generally, results come out within six (6) weeks. Application and information is available at www.nabp.net.
| 3. Passed the Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and Test of Spoken English (TSE).Passing results are good for 2 years. Information regarding both exams is online at www.toefl.org.
| 4. Upon completion of items 2 & 3, candidate can get an FPGEE Certificate.
| 5. GETTING SPONSORSHIP: Candidate must get an Intern License depending on the state where the applicant will be sponsored. This can be done online. Gateway Manpower has available sponsors for pharmacists!
| 6. At this time, the pharmacist is ready for H-1B Visa application. This process normally takes 12 to 14 weeks for regular processing. H1-B petition is good for 3 years and is renewable up to a maximum of 6 years.
| 7. Meanwhile, candidate may apply (for internship) with the state board in which he/she wants to work. Internship ranges from 400 hours to over 1500 hours (some states allow part-time, however most require full time). These hours must be done in United States in the state in which they want to work, with a few exceptions.
| 8. Upon completion of internship hours, the pharmacist can submit an application to take the North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam (NAPLEX) and the Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) if required. Approval to sit for the boards can take 3-7 weeks.
