A multi-cultural healthcare staff can give you a competitive edge in your market, while helping facilitate understandings between patients and staff. As your partner, we will provide you with all the services from recruitment to pre-departure orientation to visa processing to issuance of green card for the healthcare worker to local acculturation and even up to litigation in case of breach of their contracts. As soon as they arrive here in the US, all you have to do is give them a hospital orientation and a shift so they can start providing care to your patients.

You could always turn to traditional nursing registries and local staffing agencies to solve your short term shortages, but you will pay a costly premium, receive higher turnover and low sense of loyalty and dedication. GMC offers you a better solution. GMC can supplement your existing local recruitment efforts with an expedient, cost-effective program that brings nurses, physical therapists and pharmacists from outside into your healthcare system, whenever you need them. These healthcare workers will work exclusively to your facility for two years or more, providing valuable clinical security and stability.

| At Little or No Cost To Your Facility
|
| We understand this business. We also know that we have many competitors. The reason why we can offer our services for little or no cost (depending on work load demand) for the medical providers (hospitals, subacute centers, medical facilities) is to gather more business from you. Our office charges only reasonable fees, however, we welcome “sign in bonuses” from your facility as a bonus. In some occassions, we do not charge the medical facility any fees at all! We earn our fees from the applicant through a salary deduction for 2 years. We have an iron clad contract that will guarantee us payment. We also help your facility with the immigration process and providing your facility with the needed documents in order to pass scrutiny with.
|
| We can offer your facility with more than just staffing, but we have teamed up with immigration attorneys to process any and all of your incoming foreign professional. We have many businesses that need professional immigration advice. We have partnered with the Law Offices of Susana Chung to aid businesses and facilities through the immigration process and requirements.
